I was talking to Henry yesterday and mentioned that the removable roll bar in my car (new pictures - I'll post later) looked good but could probably use a diagonal cross-brace from the right rear brace tube up to the inverted "U" main tube near the driver's head. He told me the design had been inadvertently tested by one of his customers who rolled his car. All the customer got out of it was a scratch on the noggin and a headache, but of course the car was somewhat the worse for wear.

With that info, and the fact that my roll bar had already been chrome plated, we decided to leave it the way it is. I plan to keep the rubber side down, anyway.
