You might try a local hotrod fabrication shop, but it'll all be custom work, and probably expensive. I replaced my side curtains with some windows I made from Lexan with moveable vents. While not as convenient as roll-up windows, they are a distinct improvement in visibility, ventilation, and weather sealing. They're also much less expensive.

If the question is changing existing manual crank rollup windows to electric --- then there are several kits available. One actually had motor module that fits over the spline used by the winder crank.

If its adding windup to replace side curtains - then do a search here. It takes a lot of custom fabrication plus to gain maximum sealing - a new windshield, windshield frame, top, top bows and some fiberglass and painting.
