Rudder Room run and shake down cruise

Hi all,

Anyone want to blow off work next Thursday?  I'm coming to Cali to pick up my car next week.  

The plan is to be at JPS at 8am next Thursday (3/28).  From there, I'm going take a scenic route to the Rudder Room.  After that, I plan to head further up the coast until ~ 2:30pm or so.. then head back to JPS.

Yes, I know, the timing is not great.. best I could do in working this around my work scheduled and a conference in Palm Springs.  Did I mention I'm picking up my car next week?!  

If any of you SoCal'ers can make it, great!  If not, please share your advice, pointers, redirection to my plan, etc.  My SoCal knowledge is zilch.

Eddy, Thanks for the update!  I am very excited to see my car completed and listen to her purr.  Thanks for the drive offer on the weekend.  I'm bummed that I will be heading out of LA early Saturday morning.  I'll be driving my Coupe back to Texas.

GERD, EARLY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUR GRANDSON.  ARE YOU SURE HE WOULDN'T RATHER HAVE AN OCEAN SIDE DRIVE IN A MIATA VS A VISIT TO UNIVERSAL????
