Sacramento Bugorama

Many of you might not have noticed that the big bugorama show is September 5th and 6th at Sacramento Raceway.

Biggest gathering of air-cooled machines, we ususally have a half dozen speedsters, and there are three different dragsters around, although not all three always show up.

The "Wilton bug slayer" will be there Sludge!

I am planning to be there. Who is bringing the shade? Nuckels said he might bring the tailgater and make margaritas.

I have a 10 x 10 easy-up.
I'll bring the Tailgator if you guys bring the ice, tequila and sweet-sour.

I used to have an easy up! Now not so much. Actually, then not so much either, but it was easy.

You need to take a field trip up to Dink Farmer's by Clear Lake.
The Silver Bullet was one of his projects, but he's done several "wild and crazy" things with the 356.

Heard from Kurt Larson, he hasn't been seen around since our last gathering at Paso. I guess the reason is he got married and the weekend of the 6th is his anniversary. Sooo I suggested they come to Sacramento for the show and dinner. Never know, he might show up.

Interesting thing, he uses his car as a daily driver, likely has as many miles as El Guapo!

Hey, Sludge -- Please ask Mr. Sherman where he got the windscreen.
Mine didn't quite work out. Cracked on installation. Very similar, but mine was originally intended for a 550.

Bummer Bob, bring the new speedster. No one is going to buy your old car at Bugorama - no big bucks there and you will have to hang around answering questions.
