Thought some of the bay area people might be interested in this one. The Paul Joes San Carlos bi-annual car show tradition continues, despite the restaurant is now a real estate office. The event usually draws a pretty good crowd, and the new promotor is hoping to get some new classes in attendance. Hes talking about having a sportscar class, and welcomes us to join in. Would be nice to get a few of us locals together. Cars usually start showing up around 5 pm. If anyone would be interested in coming, let me know - if we get more than a couple cars, we may be able to get grouped together.

I attended the PJ carshow several years ago (like 15 years) with one of my Chop Top VWs. It was an "old school" Italian place. I took a date and we had a great dinner and got to meet several nice people. There was a peoples choice type of award.

It is a very casual gathering that can be lots of fun. I hope to make it with one of my cars this time around, maybe bring the wife too.
David - yep - just show up - park it and hang out while others look at your car, and check out others. Like Patrick says, casual and fun.

Erik - 1748 El Camino - San Carlos - about 3 blks north of Whipple.
5 pm - 9 pm. No fee to enter, just register upon arrival.

I ran into Larry (red VS Spyder) last week in Newark, who is probably going.

Again, keep me posted who will show up - I am trying to get us grouped together.

Also - remember the date- Sun June 6 - Parts Heaven Concourse in Hayward. More details to follow.

Patrick - absolutely they're on top of it. They own a couple nice cars themselves, and know many of those who attended the PJ's shows. I believe theyre working with the RWC couple who does a lot of show promoting. Flyers have been out for couple weeks, and as its on same nite as previous years. I'm thinkin there will be a good turnout - its always been a fun one in the past.
Dick - I'll have the group parking thing covered, as long as we can get in place aro 5 ish. I'm gonna hold abt 4 to 5 spaces and will be there b-4 5 (my office just behind their parking lot) I'll get a spot for Joel, even though he's bringing an old Lincoln.....
Patrick - are you going to show up?

Paul - sorry you cant make it - wanted you to see the V-8 911 that most likely will show up..... hope to see you June 6 at Parts Heaven.
