Older Speedster for Sale in San Diego. Perfect timing for spring and summer. This is a 1979 IM Speedster. It does have some minor wear, paint chips etc but still turns every head and actually I think a little wear adds to the authenticity.

Also an incredibly important point, it is registered under SB101, so it is registered as a specially constructed vehicle as opposed to VW.

1600 cc engine
Front Disc Brakes
SB 101 registered
Porsche Badges

One issue with car I have yet to get resolved are the rear brake lights are currently out. Otherwise ready to cruise up and down the coast.

$11,500

Thanks for the clarification...

The Make of the Car on the Title is SPCNS, making this registered under sb101?

I then have the inspection documentation for smog exemption which is identified as SPCN-SB100, this lists the engine year as 1967. My understanding is that the first 500 vehicles registered are able to be assigned either engine year or appearance of car, but after the first 500, which this year was Jan 3rd, the rest are then the same as the calendar year of the application, meaning any after the first 500 require smog.

So, since this car is registered with a 1967 engine, it is smog exempt.
