The "Speedsters Meet Spyders" Saturday evening dinner at Carlisle will host a panel discussion of leaders in the Kit Car industry and, especially, the Speedster and Spyder portion of the hobby.

We have assembled the following panel members to answer questions and provide their insight:

Carey Hines, President of Special Edition, the Beck and Chamonix folks

Henry Reisner, President of Intermeccanica

John Steele, President of JPS Motorsports

Harold Pace, Auto Historian

Jim Youngs, Editor of "Kit Car Builder" Magazine

Gordon Nichols, of "SpeedsterShop.com", will act as Moderator

We are asking for questions for this panel from members of the Speedsterowners, Speedster Shop and Spyderclub web sites. We will then collect those questions, and incorporate them into several major topics to be discussed, to get the ball rolling, but will also accept questions from the audience at the dinner Saturday night.

This should be a VERY informative evening for everyone, panel and audience alike. We also hope to have someone taking notes so that we can post the questions and answers after Carlisle for those not able to make the trip.

I'd like to see who recommends what for brakes; disc front, drum rear and so on.
I also want to know what tires those guys have experiences with in cars this light and I really want one or two of them to track my jalpoy and give me honest feedback.
I guess my only 'everyone can benefit' questions are body-filler related ... fiberglass patches and so on ...
Sorry.
I guess I'll probably be out driving while that panel happens ...
lol
