I was asked to post a photo of the saw horses  I use to support the body on new speedster build . I use 2 x 4's , no diagonals are necessary because the top of the legs are locked against the top horizontals,  the horses are super strong.

About 30 years ago I made up these perpetual saw horses and still use them. They're made up from 1/4" wall , 2" X  4" steel rectangle tubing. Cut whatever lengths of 2 X 4 wood you want for length and height and your done. One screw holds each piece of wood in the tubes so they don't slide out when lifting them. I used longer legs when I was doing my roof then sawed the off to shorten them. I've replaced the wood only once. They dis-assemble for storage and don't need any braces.......Bruce
