A guy contacted me via email and had a new in crate CMC windshield... $350 shipped. He had some chrome and tail lights too... Does anybody know if the extruded Aluminum frame is the same as a VS?

VS frame will fit CMC posts and visa versa.
Good information, thanks. I read somewhere tonight that Beck,VS, CMC had a little different glass shape, and a guy was fighting Beck glass in his CMC. My laptop froze up and now I cant find where I read that.... shoulda bought a MAC..
Yes, buy a MAC, but they eat hard drives sometimes also.

Yes the glass is the same, the posts and frame width are slightly different.
On a related note: if you are getting a Brazilian windshield ( from whom-ever)be sure to measure the old one with the new..on one I had a glass that was 3/8 longer and wouldn't fit an existing CMC installation.

I don't know if it is Brazilian. I got it from Beck.
It has HFZH and CCC in the corner along with a DOT number. It doesn't say where it is made.

I have read that Becks have fit in CMC's with no problem...
Mike, It will fit, I've bought glass from Carey on a few projects,
