scripts

my v.s. only has the "speedster" script on the sides, and the "1600 super" on the rear. i'm looking to complete it, and was wondering if anyone could verify the following:

1. "porsche" script on the front and rear
2. emblem on hood handle
3. "speedster" script on dash

can anyone tell me the best place to get all of these, and what the model numbers would be?

Usually the norm is for a "porshce" dash emblem. Different than the script on the front and back.

Lots of license here. Put anything you want. But most of the time:

Porsche front and rear
Super 1600 rear
Speedster both sides
Porsche on the dash
Sometimes coachbuilt badge on one side in front of door

thanks for the reply. which "porsche" script is on the dash? i've found the other "porsche" scripts at tweeks, but i can't seem to find this one. do you know where to get it?

George, the coachbuilt badge (Reutter for our type of cars) goes on the right side front fender (in the space between the front edge of the door and the wheelwell), you also have the round "Meisterschaften" badge that goes on the dash between the Porsche dash script and the grab handle. I got all of my badges and emblems from Klasse 356 & Tweeks (the silver & gold dash script I got from Klasse 356). They're both good places which offer good quality merchandise.; I suggest you check them both since some items that you can't get in one of them you can find in the other. I know for a fact that the gold plating in the emblems they offer is better than what comes from the shop at Vintage Speedsters.
