Seeking a 550 Spyder for a Home in The Netherlands

Being a California for most of my life I miss the great weather and seeing great car cruising the strips or PCH.

So, I want to build a 550 Spyder so I can re-live my days while crusing the freeway in Holland, German, and the UK.

I am looking for a basic kit to build. I a 1966 Cal Look bug as a donor so motor, brakes, etc are not needed.
