Selling the dr clock speedster

Hello to all, well I took delivery of the dr clock speedster yesterday and unfortunately
The leg room requirement for me is not sufficient so I am looking to sell this ASAP
And will price it for quick sale- I did tag and title it this morning so the title will be arriving from the state of Maryland in 10 days or so --- but in any event I'm looking
To sell for $16k - paid $18k -- I'm looking to move it FAST so if any one knows of someone looking for a red with black interior flared body with roll bar and fresh engine
I would appreciate the tip----

Sorry this one didn't work out, Brett. Be advised that some Speedsters have more leg room than others, so you shouldn't give up on The Madness just yet.

Man, I'd try to move seat back as far as it goes and drive it for couple summer months at least. For more leg room, you can buy driving shoes too if you have over size 9 feet. Drive it to Carlisle this month and you'll find large audience of buyers!

Is it leg "length" room or knee room under the steering wheel?
Or are you like 7 foot tall?

the seat is easy to reposition and steering wheels come in lots of sizes.

ive had first dates that lasted longer...

and were a heck of a lot cheaper, and probably more satisfying...

Really nice car, great price.

I set my seat on the floor and all the way back (6'1") and it worked out perfect. I prefer a small diameter steering wheel.
That's a great car for the price!

Alan, buy it back, drive it at Carlisle, then sell it again! Not a bad way to make 2K!!!! At least you know who built it!

no girlie on the other end to dictate my spending habits-been divorced for 9 years and thats why i left- my car addiction is my addiction and my money is my money when it comes to cars so oh well bye bye wifey!!! LOL---ANYWAY- the leg room is just to tight for me-my knees are just hitting the wheel by a inch or two--just not a comfortable drive even for 20 minutes around the neighborhood-so that is one of the reasons to sell it fast plus I found a 1982 Porsche Carrera whale tail that I want to buy asap-that's about it--my loss is your gain ----!!!

Bill, that's what Alan did--I have a 37 inch inseam and just 4 inches to long to make the drive easy--
