Great shots thanks for sharing those. BTW the cars are wonderful.
What was your part in the build(s) Greg?
Very tastefully done cars I would say. Congrats
I see he added all those eyelets, I guess he does not use seat belts but long shoelaces to tie himself in.
Choice is a broad canvas but, I really like them.
Stylistically not my cup of tea, but the workmanship and finish on both is spectacular. Congratulations, Greg!!!!!!!!
Cars are nicely done with the attention to detail... exceptional !
Greg.......I thought the owner wanted to have the Velocity Stacks on the air cooled one coming out of the rear clamshell ? I thought it looked pretty cool in the conceptual photograph ! Both cars look great ! I likes the radical color combos too ! Bruce
Yah Yah, same guy, as ID’d on YouTube vid. Very unique center cockpit seating. “Sorry Honey, only room for one...”
I saw the "root beer" model in the shop. The seating area leather work is wonderful, but it covers up beautiful chassis work. The work/finish in the engine compartment is spectacular.
Amazing stuff. Lots of interesting choices (turbo exhausting straight up out of the clamshell!), and the sign of a great builder is the attention to detail. Lovely finishes, super flat paint, everything just so.
It's one thing to be a custom builder and make cars to your own vision, it's a whole 'nother thing to build someone else's vision. The level of communication increases exponentially, and if you can't do that successfully you don't get results like this.
Well done, Greg!!!
Any idea of hp/tq on the motors? Can only imagine how fast those things could be with a nice tune...
Speaking of builds, Longfella how is the coupe coming along ?
A snail could build one faster...
It is slowly coming along. We had some house stuff come up that needed to be addressed (slab leak, re-pipe, re-do bathrooms, paint, etc...). So my weekends working on the Coupe became weekends working on the house.
And... my daughter is getting older so that requires more attention (which I love so don't get me wrong). She just finished her first season in AYSO (I volunteered to be the coach). Pre-K has homework...
I've been really tempted to give it to Greg and ask him to finish it. He swamped, but his guys would probably touch it more then I am at the moment... LOL!
I don't even get to take the Speedster out much either... it's sad all-around...
"A snail could build one faster..." I thought they carried a conch not a coupe.
Rolling art.
