Heads-up. On September 8th and 9th there will be an all Porsche show at the Ventura Fairgrounds. In additon to several real "356" Porsches on display, the show includes a category for replicas and several replicas usually are entered. Most of the attendees seem appreciative and the enthusiastic over a good imitation.
I've even heard some of the owners of "liquid cooled" Porsches comment positively about the fun cars Dr. Porsche designed.
