ASS frying sometimes getting back into the SPEEDIE....thinking about some nice sheepskin covers that are quite LESS in HEAT INDEX than my leather seats. Only takes TWO minutes out of car and BOOM getting back in. Using a big beach towel for now but likely looking for a bit more finesse for the car.
Cant seem to find much??? Any experience frying out there??

Banzai @Banzai Pipeline - Might not need to spend money on sheep skins (or any other seat cover). I normally have my full tonneau on the car with the front (zippered panels) tucked behind the seats. When leave the car, I pull the tonneau panels over to cover the front seats. This keeps the seats from getting too hot. If I have something in the front seats to keep out of sight, then I use the tonneau snaps to enclose the passenger area.
I noticed that you have your top folded away in the back seat. To minimize doing damage to the rear windows of the convertible top, I have posted a process on how to stow your convertible top. Its in 'Resources', or you could just click on this link (click on highlighted word 'link'). Hope you find this info helpful!

Thanxxxxxx...will review options but I'm too lazy to mess with TONNEAU which I already have......leaning towards covers as I often jump in and out running errands or fighting off the babes(LOL).
I had full sheepskin covers for 15 years before switching to different seats. Absolutely wonderful. Cool in Summer - even in bright sun - warm in Winter.
This is about the closest to mine that I've found for style, mine were naturally white:
Somehow I can't picture the sheepskin covers in HI --- maybe those beaded seat covers which are period 1970?

I am not sure if your top has a zipper to allow the window to be completely folded down or you have the one with the sewn in window... in any case putting up the top is easy enough on my roadster ... basically one hand and put up and fasten... helps keep the legs from burning...

I just keep a towel rolled up behind my seat. Get out and place a towel over seat...works every time!
