Short shifter kits

@Michael McKelvey. Where is the 5th locate d in the vw type berg pattern

To the right of 3rd.

Same pattern as the subie 5 speed then,  it is spring loaded to goto between 3 and 4th so you have to tap it to go further right and up to 5th gear, ls it the same scenario?

Reverse is far right and down for the subie.

The 10" and 11.5" VS shifter are still "lift and over" for reverse, the 12" has a lock ring and thicker shift lever.
