Sider Rocker Deco Installation

Can some one give me a tip on how to install the Side Rocker Deco's (the rubber molding that is below the door). I am going to vintage speedster tomorrow to buy them and want to know if it's an easy installation, if not, I will have to pay $50.00 to have them installed.

I have done these molding a number of times, if VS will install them for $50, it's a great deal.

I put stick on FERN because I didn't want to drill holes.

I second Alan; if it's only $50.00 have VS install them for you.

Thank you all, I think I will have Kirk install them.

I don't think it's that hard to. Once you pull the rub strip off you
can see exactly where you will have to drill. If you have V.S. do it,
make sure they position them a little more towards the front fender
edge as there should be a space for the torsion bar opening. Even
though CMC's don't have the "mock cover" for this, one day you might
have to make one to change out the torsion bars.

One quick way to make a mock cover on the body for the torsion tube is to use a 2" hole saw, lightly cut into the body and touch up the cut itself .....John Steele (JPS)does this and looks great.
