Lane- If you are concerned with the edges of your plexi, you can take what you've got to a glass or plastics shop and have them "finish" the edges, or you can do it yourself (I'm told) with an iron.
Stan, would you really turn Lane loose with a hot iron and some precious side curtains? Well, maybe after a couple of Irish Whiskies.
Finishing plastic edging.
I sand the edges to give it a slight radius then quickly run a propane torch along the edge this gives it a clear finished appearance ..You DO need to practice on a scrap piece first.

Lane, I was wondering if it might be an issue not having a snap just behind the door for the top. It doesn't have a tendency to want to flap at speed? Does the plexiglass tab hold it snug enough? Great job on the side curtains.
Lane has the same problem that I do with the missing snap. I added a regular snap last year and am switching to Tenax this week. I think his plexiglas tab helps, but doesn't totally eliminate the problem.
Actually it does totally eliminate the problem - as long as the windows are on.
I stand corrected :-)
