I spoke with Kirk about this and he said he didn't sell the chrome headlight trim separately.  I'd have to buy a new headlight bucket.  Seems like there should be a way to extract the trim from the rest of the assemly to rechrome or replace.

You can buy replacement rings lots of places, but the seal between the ring and the body is what I can't seem to find.  Every time I think I have found them and order them I get some strange looking thing and I don't have a clue what it is.

 

I'm pretty sure this is the link from Sierra Madre, but it does say for original 356 Speedsters, and I don't know if there is a difference or not.   http://www.sierramadrecollecti...ct_detail&p=4984
