Simon hambly's Chesil

Very nice - does Chesil do good glass bodys or did you have to spend a lot of pre-paint prep time? The pictures of your car show an absence of fiberglass anomalies - no waves or flaws are apparent in the reflections - very nice paint job.

Of course you'll have to drive it on the wrong side of the road...:o)

Errrr......actually that will be the RIGHT side of the road!!! When ever I am in the UK and drive this is how they correct me. Looks awesome man!

The Chesil GRP body was of good quality so the level of prep work wasn't too high.

That's a beautiful car, and self-built to boot. Please send more pictures. I love the cooling louvres, fender mirror and lights.

You guys ought to go to his web site re his build. You won't believe the attention to detail he did with powder coating pieces. And the guy isn't afraid of color, either!

Great job, Simon. Too bad we can't meet for a pint or three at the local Pub with our GT's out front. I hope to have photos posted within a couple of weeks. Carrera Uber Allis.

I plan to take more shots of the completed car once its been re-registered and I can take it out to a nice location - English weather allowing, of course!
