... I thought I'd pick up a pencil. The physical therapist told me today I should begin working on the fine motor skills in my right hand. I needed to figure out where to route the lines for the new breather box anyway, so I started to doodle.

He already has a 'present' in illustrative art, as he does such things as side work. Cory, you should post a pic of the Speedster illustration I put in the manual. I'm at work and don't have it here.

But, I must admit, at first glance it initially appeared to be a VW powered Spa or swimming pool. When I saw the roll hoops they appeared to be ladders for pool or spa entry and your firewall appeard to be the vertical body of the spa/pool

I wish I had those artistic kind of skills, in reality, I can hardly draw a straight line even with the aid of a ruler.

Here's the picture I spoke about earlier in the day. Cory did this for the Beck Speedster manual that I put together for Carey.

Cory, I bet we all wish we had that talent. Sketching is a good therapy move. After a minor stroke, I learned to re-use my left hand by using a computer keyboard. Also re-trained my left arm by swimming (damn near drowned the first few events). Do something you like and stick with it. Good results will rapidly follow.

The good Dr. Drake, notwithstanding the current major set-back, has dimensions to him yet untold. A very creative, if slightly demented, mind there. We need to get it back, and out from under the Rx induced haze. Cory: I hope the recoup. is going well. Kinda lonely this week, eh? Don't forget the curative powers of warm sunshine, like what we finally may have some of around here today.
