I went late at the tail end last year and missed out on stuff as it was over by the time I got there. 

I'm hoping to go this year and get fellow SOC'ers Syl & Maggie to go mostly for the ride and there's a nice apple farmers type market on the way into the slopes.

Yeah, it's gets rolling by around 8AM, by noon things are already winding down, so best bet is get there between 8-10.

I'm in Woodcliff Lake, about 7 miles north of Paramus, right off the GSP. My wife and I go to the shore at Longbranch which is about 70 miles from here. Are you going to the swap meet?

Joel, I grew up in Hillsdale. Now in Red Bank. Cant' do the 9/20 meet but you must come down for a shore cruise. Craigr

Thought it might be you.  I was the guy taking videos at Wray Pro Shaper.  At this stage of my life, I can only dream of having the skills that Wray Shelin has.

I couldn't make it to your "Galactic Homecoming" in Ravena and won't be able to make Roundtop, but will probably see you at some of the upcoming TYP#56 events.  Been a very slow year for me 356-wise but next year promises to be MUCHO better.

craigr - yes, its a ski slope closer to York.  Ski Liberty is by Emmitsburg.  The big VW meet is happening this weekend too in Flanders, NJ Haven't checked to see if that's been posted.

Rowan, Thanks I was a bit confused. I graduated from Mt St Mary's College in Emmitsburg. The Ski area wasn't there in '71.
