The history of oil leaks on VW/Porsche is funny and true. At the end of WWII the Brits controlled the territory of the largely intact VW factory. In order to get the German economy restarted they offered the factory to Ford that declined. (40m cars later a mistake). All of the German engineers were dead so the Brits brought in English engineers to restart the factory. Hence all VW/Porsche leak oil while MB, BMW. and Audi do not.
Since I have been using this ‘EZ TURN” Aircraft 600° lubricant on my gaskets and washers when I change oil on my Speedster, I have not had any oil drips!

Meh. It’s when it stops leaking that you have to worry.
