Got my hard book copy of Dwight Knowlton's Small Silver Speedster. It's a very well done table story book for kids but hey it's about racing a Speedster so I had to have one.  If you're familiar with Dwight's, posters, T Shirts and other art works he's done it's a must have addition. I love his Carpe Viam stuff and have several 356 & 550 T's, poster and also got his large 2018 Competition Motors wall calendar and T shirt that has a Spyder and Speedster on it.

Happy New Year to all,

Pete

Pete, Dwight is a genius artist, one of the finest alive today. The illustration I like the best in the book is the Southwest on Day 2 of their journey home from New York, it brings back memories of childhood trips to Santa Fe (dad's hometown) and then Kath and my trip in her white 58' cabriolet in 1974. We may take that trip again this year in Whitecloud.

I don't know if you saw my earlier post, but I commissioned Dwight to make a dozen t-shirts for my genius mechanic: Jim Ansite as a well-deserved Christmas gift. I pinched a couple for myself.
