Most Sheet Metal Fab Shops can stamp Louvers.

Are the louvres metal or 'glass?

The louvers are aluminum and were glassed on the back side to stiffen the vains up. I decided to flip them over to get a more flat streamline look. 6 hours to complete them.

Peek Performance (VW)in Seabrook MD can do this per their web site , then bond it to your deck lid.

But where did JOE buy HIS!?! THAT'S the question here.

They're just perfect and we all want to copy him exactly and he's keep quiet on this . . .

He either had them made up special and doesn't want to give away his source, OR he found them in the Plumbing and Heating isle at Home Depot and he REALLY doesn't want to give away his source . . .

Not to step on someones toes I cannot not post who they came from. All I can tell you is that for the price I paid I was in shock what was shipped to me. I guess I was paying more for the install knowledge than what it cost to make. If you have a local sheet metal fab shop around you can get them made at a reasonable price. If you want the real details please email me. Doesn't anyone like my intake vents. These will be fully functional with cold boxes on each carb.
