Great thing for Speedster makers/refurbishers/ flippers to include with the cars they put out as a way to introduce new owners to the group and get them off on the right foot.
Maybe a one year paid membership to the site and a badge when the car is delivered?

Ted, I hate to keep you hanging (and every one else). I'm working out the details and hope to have the price posted tonight. There's a pretty good chunk of change for the tooling that I'll be in for. I don't want to spread myself too thin, nor make it a price that some might balk at, nor leave myself sitting on 40-50 badges. I think where I'm zeroing in on seems fair, but want to be certain that it's right so I won't lose anyone. Once I post the price, I can't really change it.

Part of me wonders if you could work with Theron or someone to tie that into a certain 'level' of membership? Platinum members get a free badge or what ever.

Alright, here's the deal: There will be a bulk delivery to both Carlisle and the West Coast Cruise (Pismo? Whatever you guys call it). Those able to pick your badge up there will pay $33.45 per badge. If you need it mailed, $6.50 more within the continental U.S. All other shipping will be based on actual costs and determined before shipping. I'll set up the payment arrangements in a future posting. I have to admit, this has been a great success so far, and close to 2/3rd's of the Limited Edition are spoken for within 48 hours. So, if you want one, I'd suggest you put your request in soon. Thank you all for the enthusiastic response!

Theron receiving a badge gratis would be a magnanimous gesture...but a quid pro quo, like extending Drewek's Supporting Membership for a year, would be more appropriate.
