I was just wondering if there is any desire on the list to have some type of Golf Shirt done for SOC with an SOC badge in the front and some art work in the back & or front. . I know T-Shirts rule but I was just wondering if there was enough interest to have Rich do something up for some of us who appreciate Golf Shirts with a collar. Ray

Rich doesn't even have a Speedster anymore - he has Acura NSX. Has he volunteered? It is a lot of work to collect funds and then mail (or deliver shirts to Carlisle)! Maybe Rich would let someone use the SOC car badge design to have golf shirts embroidered? The Red/Orange badge would look great on a light grey, white or maybe black golf shirt. I'd like to see embroidered 3" and 2" patches too that could be sewn on to jacket or hat.

I wonder if Rich could chime in here?

Perhaps a Red Kap work shirt in charcoal altered to taper for a slimmer fit, but not so much that it makes me look like an aging gigolo (I'm not as naturally tapered as I used to be... well maybe, but the taper is in reverse). We could have them embroidered with the logo about 12" in diameter across the back. I'd like my name over the left breast pocket, but not so it looks like a bowling shirt. I'd like to see it before I pay for it though, in case I don't like it.
We should be really picky about this and ask for it in about 15 different flavors-- the guys putting orders together really like that.

I'd be in on this one, probably shirt and patch both. Waiting to hear if we have a volunteer.
