Oh goodness, it is also "alternated" and has dual "delorto" carbs.
You know what, it's rather pretty in that color.

Those kit cars all look the same! Color grows on you.

That steering wheel looks BAD!!! (and not the good kind of "bad") Just wrong.
Looks like they want 25 large. Wonder what the reserve is?
Note, it's listed here as a Spyder.

Carey noted on FB that she's a movie star. I sorta like the color too! Just looks like it needs some freshening up a bit. I did notice an old tire code on one of the pics.
They looked a bit weather checked They were made in 1997.

Saw this car in person, but did not look closely since I was there looking at another car...Call Anthony and ask what his bottom line is on this, he will tell you, their shop does it all, resto/repair/full body shop, family owned, not a bad outfit in my opinion...
That steering wheel is aweful! You are correct!
I am sad to say I own this movie, I reviewed it for the 356 Registry when I had my movie column. The movie is awful, just awful.
This was toward the end of my column when I really had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to gets movies with Porsches in them, not like the early ones with Paul Newman driving a Speedster in Harper, or Steve McQueen driving a C Cab, those were fun ones.
The best car movie though is Gregory Peck in On The Beach, an apocalyptic movie about the end of the world, a fabulous race scene where several 356's die horrible deaths and the triumph of the race being won by a Ferrari, piloted by none other than Fred Astaire!

Astaire's suicide in that same car is wonderful . . . the way in which he runs his hand down the rear fender is a beautiful gesture.
