It's been a long time since I sent something cool.

One of the reasons is that I had an employee mutiny.

I'm still in business, but have lost my tech head.

He was the one sending all the photos, and I never

bothered to learn how to do it.

I now have an ipad, and can do certain things.

I can send pics by email, is there a way I can send

some over?

Does the guy in the red shirt (Carl) look like he could help with anything?

Rich, you crack me up!

Ashcreek- Carl's lucky the on button is on the FRONT of the computer! Don't get me wrong, I love the guy, but an IT expert he is not!

Sorry Carl, but I'm just telling it like it is...

That would be a new and novel idea, for sure.........

Speaking of IT support, we were giving our 9 year old grandson a ride to Tae Kwon Do class and asked "If we got a new Wii game console, how should we set it up?"

From the back seat, he gives us about a five minute spiel on how to get it set up, network organization for best results, how to configure the "Wii Characters" so they look like us, which controllers to buy and where, how to configure it to our TV and other HDMI stuff so nothing conflicts.  Even for a couple who were in IT for years, this was a lot so we hired him to come over and help set it up - He works for fluffernutter sandwiches so we figured it was a sweet deal.....

Ah, I should have thought before I typed - It's a regional thing.

Marshmallow Fluff is is a New England thing and is a goopy cream the consistency of mousse and made from Marshmallows.  Wicked good stuff but only found here.  When I was overseas in the late '60's my Mom would send several big jars of it once a quarter.  Mix it with peanut butter on a sandwich - pure heaven.

That goes along with Autocrat Coffee Syrup which, as far as I know, is only found in Southern New England and is used to make Rhode Island's official drink, coffee milk.

Ah, Rhode Island, the only place I know of where you can buy a coffee milk shake, but it's called a "Cabinet".

Wicked Fresh seafood there, too:

Italian cuisine

Clams are bigger in Rhode Island - That's why they're called "Stuffies"......Well, the really big ones are called Quahogs, actually (pronounced Koe-Hog, not cwah-hog).

quahog

I'll be riding my bike into Rhode Island a little later today, making a loop down to Woonsocket and back.  BIG old now-defunct textile town full of French Canadian descendants with the best Jazz club in New England (CHan's) - Go figure

I've tried "Marshmallow Creme (or cream) and Marshmallow Fluff and, believe me, there is no comparison.  Marshmallow Creme just plain sucks.  It leaves this funny after-taste.  I'm sure they use that stuff to make "Marshmallow Krispie Treats" commercially, like the ones at Disney World shaped like Mickey's head.

When I make Krispie Treats with the Good Stuff, Marshmallow Fluff (and real butter, too) they are Wicked Awesome!!

You can't get "Big Pappy's Salsa" (from the Red Sox's David Ortiz) outside of New England, either!
