Hi!

Was over helping Peter McEwan, one of the other "Speedstah Guys" here in Beaufort, align his doors, and found that he needs the anti-rattle rubber cushions for the German-style latch. These are the ones that are pressed into the striker plate and have little rubber pegs on them that fit into "+" shaped slots in the plate, as opposed to the Brazilian style that have screws in them.

Does anyone have a source for these? He's looked at his sources and not yet found any. I assume they're the same as VW sedans, but Mid-America never seems to have them in stock.

I tried to locate them some time ago without any luck, ended up having the replace the entire piece

They are type 3 latches.
