South African Speedster

I'm thinking of importing a Replicar Speedster kit from South Africa to the UK. Anyone out there had any dealings with them? Anyone got one? I haven't actually seen one in the flesh but the pictures they have sent me look good (the would though...) and the price in excellent, not that I'd be influenced by that of course...

The size of the market in SOuth Africa is relativly small. It has caused a number of operators to fail financialy in the past. Replicars are curerently doing pretty well. They have bought / taken over the moulds from the original Kit Car Centre which became Venom for a while. The fibreglass work is pretty good, without having huge amounts of preparation before paint. Having never seen the standard of the cars overseas i can't really give a valid comparison, however the cars that i have seen from Replicars is pretty good.
