Niaz: Last year I was in Vevey and almost fell over when I saw a 356 replica pass on the street. From the sound, the engine was loaded and was silver in color. I almost killed myself trying to get over to the car and talk with the driver. Of course I missed him in a cloud of beautiful engine/muffler sounds.

I thought I recall reading about a company in France that was producing a replica? I could be wrong. But they do exist!

Will be in Montreux/Vevey at the end of June. Let me know if you're around and we can talk.

Niaz ~ I'm in GVA all the time! I swear it is the sports car capital of the world. I have a favorite restaurant to sit outside and just watch the cars go by. It's commical that a Porsche, in that city, is like seeing a Toyota here in the States ~ but I have never seen a 356 of any kind! I can imagine what fun those mountain roads would be... you should definately get one!
