Speedster emblem placement

Was going to leave my CMC pretty much naked, then saw Beck speedster emblems really cheap on Ebay.

My manual does not cover  specifics nor did search here result in an exacting hit.  Found a decent pic but does someone have exact distance say from door seam fwd and from body bottom up.  The dash I can eyeball but I wouild like the exterior to be fairly close.  

BTW I got this car in Dec 2012 and thought it was going to be finished in time for first big shows here.  WHen I did not have it ready for Hot August NIghts in Reno I was considering selling.  Now as I close in on completion I am more inclined to keep it.  As a neighbor who has been building cars for years --latest is a Mazda rotary in a Fiat Spyder---says "you're now doing the fun stuff!.

I have the following dimensions; I hope this can assist you, how accurate from an original I cant really say.

I have included photos of my Speedster with the speedster emblem mounted, I used the dimensions as indicated on the photo (the blue speedster is an original).

I also have dimensions for the side molding placement, it might help as a height reference.

THanks Manny.  That is close enuf tho will look at 356  registry if I do not have to spend forever searching.  

Carl, I doubt that I will put the HAN plaque on my dash but I have seen guys put them on engine fan housing.  I have never received an emblem unless you are speaking of the large 5 inch square "participant" piece of paper.  I found this that you could take to a trophy place and have a plaque made.  http://www.google.com/imgres?i...&ved=0CFAQ9QEwBA
