Thanks for its answers!

In fact I do not even have Kit,

I am in search of the Chassis to begin, and as they say well if there are several friends in mexico, and also with them I am leaning.

My interest is to have the greater information to begin.

About the inical question it was a bad interpretation that I saw in a photo from Chris Sutton's Speedster Project Front Beam!!!
Gord; while working on JJ's car we were having a riot talking about your "beefy pry bar" as mentioned in the technical article you wrote. We did have a rusty screwed up pry bar; not a beefy one but we were laughing out loud just the same. As JJ said the tool (as sold by Bugpack) was intrumental in getting the job done; we tried with a jack but all it could do was lift the car along with the spring plate. Thanks for the guidance.
