OK, gang, here is the Speedster I was talking about a few weeks ago. I just finished it and it is now for sale. It is a 1990 FiberFab and is pretty well put together. The paint looks good, the engine is 1800cc+ (I am told by the previous owner), tires are good, and I just finished COMPLETELY reupholstering and carpeting it! I even put new carpet in the trunk up front. It has tan top and tan tonneau but no side curtains. The only Porsche logos are on the hub caps. Wheels are chromed, too. This is a pretty nice car and I will sell it for $10,850. Now that is a good price! I want to make it available here on the SOC site before I tell the general public about it. If no one here wants it I will put it up on eBay in one week. I have lots of pictures and will forward them to any interested parties. Thanks for looking and passing the word on to your "Speedster-les" friends.

I've had a number of calls but no one has made a decision at this time. I am making this post just to reaffirm that this is a really good car and well worth what I am selling it for. As I stated in my original post, if no one buys it by the end of the week I am going to put it up on eBay. I hate to let the wolves have it when someone who is part of "our forum" would enjoy it.

Dusty, when I first saw this topic I got upset. thought you were selling your Speedie. but then I read on.. nice job my friend.. that interior looks sweeet... and that price point is UN-believe-able! I am sure this tub is history very soon..

Lane,
I did quite a bit of power buffing and followed with nice polish. Body and paint held up pretty good under a tarp for many years!

Dave,
No way am I selling my personal Speedie! What would I have to get togther with you folks if I sold it?? Give Lilli a squeeze for me. (I am planning on you two coming to the "Colorado in '08" gathering next September !!!)

James,
