Ok heres a dumb question. Working on istalling my bumpers and the manual say drill 5/16 hole 4 places to bolt bumper to bracket but looking at picture of other peoples cars especially those that don't use the chrome and rubber strip how do you hide the bolt head and is this enough to hold the bumper in place?

Hi James: I also am in stalling bumpers on my beck,it came with fiberglass with a steel mounting bracket laminated on the baksides. Well, they have come loose, so I paid a visit to to Bug Performance here in Sacramento, I bought three chrome euro blades. Why three? I have to split one and weld a spacer to achive the right width. I found that the front blade will work perfectly on the back with a new braket, but the front requires lengthing. I am using 1/8"x 1" steel stips for mounting these blades. They look pretty sharp. As for covering the bolts ,I"m using good chrome bumper bolts, from a distance you can"t tell.
