Speedster in SF bay area

Found this ad on Craigslist for a Porsche Replica. Know nothing about it except that it is close to San Francisco.

Here is the text:

"Convertible Porsche speedster kit car. New VW engine, original Porsche gauges, Nardi steering wheel. Great fun. Black w/tan interior. Pics available."

Asking $7500.00
