I'm in bumpy negotiations with Seller, can't seem to get on track........who knows . This would become my Finale' aka Project Shoe-String I have had in thought for a good number of years ...if someone else does buys it, I hope they do their homework and figure into the price what it will cost to complete it...I have and it's a bit costly but do-able . I need to see what the Seller decides to do. ~Alan
