Amazing transformation. Well done.
WOW! That looks awesome after all the work you did refurbishing it!
Dan, I love the new color, the wide 5's and the Carrera logos, (why are those logos so damn expensive?).
Super nice and done in a Craftsman like manner in and out..looking forward to seeing this one in person ! Can you post a better pic of the seats and where did you get them from as well as cost ?
Excellent. Really, really excellent.
ditto ditto ditto -- what a nice piece of work here. the car looks gorgeous now, not so much before. All looks just so perfect. Color seems to be the same or nearly so, as on a '61 S90 I had once. When polished up (like yours) it is an amazing color. You certainly have an eye for detail. It is just right, banjo wheel, shift knob and all. Get that sucker on the road -- see you next May.
That is some Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery beautiful going on there. Very well done. I like the classic "license plate hanging down" sadness.
Great job. Look forward to seeing this one in person.
Sweet ride.
The plate reminded me of my early years in Philadelphia, where I was living when I learned to drive. If I recall, they issued new plates every year, reversing the number and background colors each time so the constabularly could more easily spot an expired plate. Stickers and state slogans would come later.
Maybe you can score a Holbert's license plate frame.
Outstanding!!
Wow...........AWESOME!! Now that's what I call raising the almost dead Zombie to beauty.......... look great Man....

Great color. Very classic!
Wow!
From the proverbial "Sow's ear" to "Silk Purse"!
I know it seems like it's taking forever, but the progress is striking and VERY nicely done.
I hope to see you and your car at Carlisle, too!
Beautiful work! Looks amazing!!
Amen to all the above. Beautiful job!
A great family project and super weekend road trips- enjoy
