I kinda like the second one. The new trend is to shorter overhangs. In this case it would have to be mid-engined as there isn't enough room out back. I guess it could br transversely mounted between the wheels. I wonder what you call that? Mid-rear?

I like some of those features, the short overhangs, and big wheel attitudes, the stance. But that winkshield is way too flat bro - almost Lotus Seven. Need more curve to fit the over all speedster persona. My two cents. Wish I could draw like you guys. I can see designs, but can't draw them.
