Where did you get the "green" faces and the chrome rings ?
Did you change the gearing inside the Speedo ? A 914 speedo is driven off the gearbox , while VW-356 are off the left spindle.
Looks good; I suggest installing a Vintage Speed Exhaust system for Speedster replicas. That stock Bug unit is a little restrictive. The Vintage Speed units are stainless steel and solid; the last exhaust you'll need to buy.
