Just received an RSVP from Chris Schofield. He doesn't have a car yet but he and his father will be looking around, watching for rides and asking questions. Thanks and welcome, Chris.

Count so far is 28 RSVP's, 17 Speedsters/4 Spyders/2 MG's, only 15 have done their Carlisle registrations (let's get going on this guys!!!), around 40-45 for the cruises so far.

Rooms are going fast and the end date for the block of rooms is approaching so be forewarned, we may not be able to add more rooms later so get yours ASAP!

Also, dinner arrangements do have limitations so first come, first served. We may be limited at the Rustic Tavern restaurant Friday night so the overflow would have to go to a nearby alternate locations.

Get 'er done!
I just registered with Carlisle. I usually do it the previous November or so, but my CRS is kicking in. Finding no receipt, I figured I better sign in.

This year, Carlisle Productions has changed check in procedures. It will be HUGELY convenient getting the gate pass sticker mailed home to us, instead of the usual formality of stopping at the gate! Goody bags etc. will be available to be picked up on the showfield.

It's not you.

The Carlisle crowd has been trending up and up
for the past four years, ever since we started
talking up cruises to and dinners at the
Caddy shack (Thurs) and where-ever you'll end up
on Friday.
As we all know, Bill Drayer does a wonderful job
of setting up the routes so everyone has a great
time riding through those terrific, rolling hills
around Carlisle. Last year we had over 2/3'rds of
the attendees at the AACA museum and the Soda Jerk.
More and more people are turning this into a long
weekend event.

I think it all stems from heavy cell phone texting - I just can't prove it!!

He might make a VERY early arrival - like next month! Kathy's already thinking of how to book a sudden airline ticket, just in case, and then I'll make the trip in the truck, along with Murphy and Sophie (the Wild Jacks). We've done that before, and would probably take the inland route, so as NOT have to endure the DC traffic. Nothing more exciting than traveling with two dogs in heavy traffic when one of them has to go!

If the little nipper does come early, I think everyone'll be busy from then on for a while!
We've reached the max number of people we can get into our Friday evening eating spot - the Rustic Tavern. I was expecting this might happen so what we're going to do is the people who have already RSVP'd will eat at the Rustic Tavern. The people who RSVP starting today will eat at the Carlisle Diner which is along our cruise route and one minute before the Rustic Tavern.

The cruise will still leave the Hotel Carlisle Friday evening as scheduled and as one group. We'll work out the logistics of the two spots and provide directions at the start of the cruise.
