I probably want to stay away from Carl B and his isolated, candle lite booth - BUT any one with double room looking for room mate? Still thinking of making long trip up.
Bill, my pass hasn't come yet (who did you know to get yours early?)
Here's a side bet:
You're #71...I'll bet you a beer that my pass number is lower!
Carl, they ship to the transient types first. You know? The ones that live in RV's down by the river
receive car windshield stickers yesterday!
What was your number Alan?
I owe you a cold beer anyway but we might as well make a bet of it!
They should reach Canada sometime in June...
Got mine today - #84. They must know I'll be RVing the week before somewhere in eastern SC.
Wild Bill - is the mexican restaurant still in business? Glenn & I want to go there on the "on your own" night. You will have to refresh our memories of how to get there and (after Tequila) how to get back.
Paul
My Carlisle Events letter arrived today. It must be that "them thar hills" aren't as deep into the sticks as I thought. I am number 12.
they haven't reached South Florida ...... yet
Pretty sure it is Paul! Good Idea!

Car 54 Where Are You?
Really, number 54 arrived today, WTF?
Number 31. Hoping I might have the car ready to stick it on!
Me too, Ed. I want to check out your Suby.
Number 1 and 1 and 1 (111)
I got #13 Dave Bash
got it .... #129
275 and holding.......
My sticker arrived today!
Also, car arrives this Saturday. Wouldn't you know it, I'm flying a 4 day trip and won't be back until Monday evening. Maddie will be taking delivery. The wife gets to drive the car before I do! That just ain't right!
Paul and Wildbill,
The mexican restaurant - are you talking about the El Rodeo on Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg? Norma and I sometimes eat lunch there on Thursday, pretty good.
Hej Hoss! Antal elva kom idag!
For the rest of ya'll, number 11 arrived today.
And the IM on which it will be placed is on a truck, en route from Southfield MI to Bath PA. Scheduled to arrive Saturday! Woo effin hoo!
"Woo effin hoo" ?
Is that something like "Hurrah" or "Woopie"?
Who efin hoo???... Good grief
No wonder English is the international language of commerce... and happy exaltation!
I believe Paul had edited out;
wa-effin-hoo
yip-effin-pee
ya-effin-hoo
yee-effin-haw
hoo-effen-ray
f-effin-yeah
right-effin-on
fan-effin-tastic
voi-effin-la
Now "right-effin-on" is a great euphonic and unmistakable euphemism
Thanks Jim...I think I'll adopt it as a special exclamation for special emphasis.
I think my favorite is "voi-effin-la".
I'm sad though as my sticker has yet to arrive. Boo-effin-hoo.
How 'bout a modified Kramerism, boo-effin-ya, for those of us who watch the markets.
OK, I am really sorry for starting that eff thing. Really. Sorry.
On the upside, the IM arrived. A day early! Already had her first run through the eastern PA hills.
It just gets better as the temps warm up a bit.

Joel
Don't apologize Joel, I'm carrying a spare fuel pump too!
But it appears that you'll have just about everything else I might need, so I can load up light on 'fix it stuff'....
Oh,... bring a Bentley or John Muir too. I've seemed to have misplaced mine.
Carl: You don't need a whole fuel pump.
Just carry an extra pivot pin for the actuator lever.
I'm jus' sayin...........
I'm bring the whole pump Gordon 'cause I'm a bit paranoid about the longevity of the paper clip Al and Ross used for a substitute...These Chinese paper clips have a questionable reputation.
You're funny, Joel!
I still can't understand why people use mechanical pumps. Electric is reliable, and no waiting while cranking!
