Is that black car a Humber Super Snipe?
No. A Super Snipe is a much bigger, more American looking car. It might be an Austin A40.
Or perhaps a Dienbegh (sp?) (go through your oooooold R&T magazines).

Black car....That will be a Standard Ten.
That black Standard Ten is a funky 'grocery getting' car.
I wish it were in my drive way!
But notice the nifty trunk lid chromed hinges.
Reminds me of Rod Emory's hinged modification to his spectacular black coupe. With exterior hinges, like this Standard Ten, the engine lid rotates all the way up against the rear window and permits 'full body' un-stooped access to the totally exposed engine!...very clever.
Standard=Triumph...maker of that TR3. Still wish I had my '56!
