Looks like a bad copy of our standard soft top, which has been standard equipment on a Beck Spyder since 1988. :-)
I didn't realize your Spyder top had a folding frame like that, Carey. I'm going to modify the top I just got used(think it's a Beck, has the flat bar for the rear deck catches and nice black windshield header with your catches) to fit over my headrest, make it quick to throw on without taking the headrest off. Side curtains look like yours as well, with the brackets that bend around to the inside of the doors. Honestly, the top looks brand new.

Yes it folds to be stored in the nose. I left the main bar rigid since you'd never want to drive with it folded down and left on the car anyway. Looks like they've added an extra pivot for this additional fold and then shortened the back making it look more like a Jag DHC top. Not knocking what they've done, just looks like Herman Munster's forehead to me...
Agreed, the top looks better with a longer taper in the back to the rear deck.
