When I've bought urethane bushings and the heavy duty sway bar bushings they include a little squeeze tube of a special grease/lubricant. If you can't find that separately maybe you can get away with multi purpose grease; at least with urethane.
Best to locate the correct grease that is made for the urethane, If not available rather than normal grease. it would be better to use STP or engine assembly lube...something that will not easily wear away
I mentioned the multipurpose grease because the installation instructions on my EMPI camber compensator (which has urethane bushings) suggested using that grease on the center pivot bushing. If that's the case my guess is that it won't damage the urethane. Just a thought.
