Does anyone have any experience with Starke Wheels? I do not think the brand of wheels have anything to do with the kit car from same name. Was wondering about the quality and thoughts on anyone who has used or seen them.

Never heard of them. Can you give us a link?
Check out Tire Rack, some types similar to Fuchs but at least half the cost.
TireRack carries them. According to TR they are low pressure castings made in China.

He put these fake Fuchs on my build. These are 15 x 5.5 and 5 x 130 Porsche bolt pattern with the proper off-set to fit & clear the fender wells. These were only a few bucks more than the chrome Mangels he puts on the majority of his cars.

I had them stripped, polished and re-painted to the more correct Fuchs paint pattern...
...and here is the end result.
I hope this info is helpful for you.

I'm running YearOne's that look similar to the Starke wheels. However, they have gun metal, not black, and of course silver polished.
Wow that polish and repaint makes a world of difference. I've been looking at these from CIP1 for $99 each! Jim, Do you now backspacing on yours? 5" backspace seems perfect - others are 4.75 (ET35), 3 3/4 and 3.5." The 5" BS only come as your original one were - while other BS even come polished.

Greg - I'm not sure what the BS is on my wheels, but I'm thinking it is 4.75"
