In the myriad of 18 year old boxes, I have come accross the 71 VW steering column. It has been taken apart but is complete but has in a small box all of the pieces for the Turn Signal. In addition, the Steering Wheel Essembly but it has a shaft Ignition.

In another box is a Porsche Steering Wheel adapter kit, w/Horn, with Steering Wheel.

I would like to use, but I am concerned...

The Porsche Steering Wheel adapter kit, w/Horn, with Steering Wheel
A Dash Mounted Ignition.
I am concerned on how to use the Turn Signal switch and how to get another kind of Steering Wheel Essembly that does not use a shaft ignition and can use my existing turn signal switch.

Ideas?

Thanks,
Brian

Is it a beetle or a bus column??? I have a 71 bus turn switch, that I am going to make a new stalk for, out of stainless. It will then be up for sale and with a red blinking tip Just like the early ones ,or if you like I have a Ivory knob sorry no Black knob.

Email me a [pick of your existing steering wheel
