Special Edition has me set up with a 360mm Nardi for my Beck turnkey, but I'm thinking bigger is better from an authenticity standpoint and maybe even for a vintage "feel." Classico has quoted me for a 15" Derrington. I'm tall but slender, so I don't think the smaller wheel is important for ingress/egress. Any opinions?

Greetings, I went through this same situation when choosing a steering wheel. I chose the 390mm Nardi instead of the regular 360mm and Im very pleased with it, no ingress problems or anything, but my cmc's seats are low, it all depends on what you have... original speedsters had wheels around 400mm
I'm not as concerned with the original look as most here are, so I can get away with my Grant GT wheel. A smaller wheel might hinder your ability to read your gauges -- placement of the wheel out from the dash would be a pretty important measurement.
I'm thinking a smaller sight picture through the wheel could be offset by a greater distance from the gauge faces and vice-versa.
I've got a Grant because I like the feel and I'm fairly tall - getting in and out, the smaller size makes a difference for me.
I'm a hair under six feet, and I have to use the back, right side of my driver's seat as a hand-hold, step across to the tunnel with the right leg and use the door sill with my left hand to lower myself into the car.
A bigger wheel would really be a pain. Not so much an issue right now, as you can see from the photo, but it will be soon ...

I have a B/C wheel in my speedster (not quite correct, I know) and
my '67 911 has its original wheel also. I really like the way they
feel. The steering feels a bit lighter. You could throw an old VW
bug wheel on your car for a few days and see if you like it and
then decide what to do from there.
