This is an award winning recreation of the iconic 356 Porsche Speedster. Beautifully hand built by Thunder Ranch and equipped with all of the bells and whistles. Only 1,700 original miles. Always garaged and serviced regularly. An absolutely stunning car!

Custom powder coated full tubular frame. Not a VW pan.

Hand laid fiberglass body with interwoven composite materials and special blend DPCD polyester resin.

Thank you, it sure was a big decision. In the end I was trying to add a little something sporty to an otherwise straightforward classic.

That car is beautiful! Good luck with the sale.

I'm curious about your convertible top. Did it come with the car? My Vintage Speedster top looks and fits horribly. Could that top/ribs be fitted to a VS? Anybody know?

I love how the front wheels fit evenly in the front wheel-well.

Haha, indeed! My wife always thinks I am going to caress her leg, and then quickly realizes that I am only cranking up the volume on our latest cruisin' mix.

The convertible top was made by Friendly Upholstery in El Cajon CA. Every car manufacturer is a little different so you may want to give them a call to see if they have a pattern to fit your vehicle.

I like not seeing the fasteners where it meets the body in the rear and seems to have such a snug fit very impressive sure seems far superior to the pricey top I bought.

well after looking at the top more I see that it's actually 3 pieces and I'm guessing the rear section has hooks rather than fasteners for a more even fit , I think IM "D' tops are 3 piece I can imagine you're going to miss this beauty

no not mine I've attached a picture of mine but this was a no sell on ebay ended nov 11th in Dallas TX had no pics with the top up so he when I asked he sent me this and I knew something didn't look right and you nailed it the bows aren't in the locked position.
